WAVE:
Wave
rules are available in a range of pitches in 2 pt and 3 pt medium
hard grade.
The main use of this rule is for cutting of safety edges on cartons
to avoid hand injuries in manual box erection operations.
This range includes two types of deckle edge rules for postcard and
business card cutting as well as a zig zag rule for cutting the edge
of a foil dispenser box.
Large, extra large and zig zag are waved over the whole rule body.
all other pitches are edge waved only. |

ZIPPER:
The
zipper rule is a cutting rule where- at certain pitches- the top
part of the rule including the edge has been punched and turned at
45 angle with the body of the rule.
There are different asymmetrical standard shapes available, which
are used in a combination of a left and right hand version. Examples
are shown above. |

GLUE FLAP PERFORATING:
A waved
perforating rule which is used in scoring rule heights to rough up
the glue flaps of a carton blank thus providing a good surface for
the glue to bond to.
One single piece of rule eliminates multiple lines of scoring rules. |

HAND HOLE PERFORATING:
This rule
is designed to cut the perforation for the hand hole in a tissue
box.. It is a perforation rule where all teeth have been twisted at
an angle with the line of the cut.
A left and a right hand version are available for use as a mini
zipper rule. |

Produced
in a variety of pitches and heights to suit customers requirements. |
