Cut Crease:
Available in any combination of cut and crease heights and lengths in 2-4pt thickness. It is produced using special tooling to eliminate burrs on the crease height to achieve a clean edge.
It can be used on both solid and corrugated board where there is a requirement for the crease to fold easily. It is also used as a reverse crease, aiding reduction of material stress.

Perforating:
Available in any combination of gap and tooth, in either point or metric.
Precise production includes bevel grinding after punching to eliminate burrs which avoids damage to the substrate and gives faster, cleaner running.

Micro Perforating:
They are high precision rules made from extra hard steel with extremely close cut and gap ratios. They are available in shallow (250 micron) and deep (750 micron) perforating versions.
These rules are available in 17,25,32,50 and 70 teeth/inch.

Wave:
Wave rules are available in a range of pitches in 2 pt and 3 pt medium hard grades. The main use of this rule is for cutting of safety edges on cartons to avoid hand injuries in manual box erection operations. This range includes two types of deckle edge rules for postcard and business card cutting as well as a zig zag rule for cutting the edge of a foil dispenser box. Large, extra large and zig zag are waved over the whole rule body. All other pitches are edge waved only.

Zipper:
The zipper rule is a cutting rule where- at certain pitches- the top part of the rule including the edge has been punched and turned at 45 angle with the body of the rule.
It is precisely manufactured with accurate pitches, constant slit depth and clean edges to avoid any "drag".
There are different asymmetrical standard shapes available, which are used in a combination of a left and right hand version.
There are three standard zipper rules, types A. B and C but by varying the required length ratios indicated below, the product program extends to more than 50 different configurations.
A two way symmetrical alternative eliminates the need for left and right versions.

Glue Flap Perforating:
It is 2X2 point perforating rule waved to create a "serpent" profile, that partially penetrates the substrate surface providing a key for effective adhesion. 2X4 point and specials are available to suit specific applications.

Hand Hole Perforating:
This rule is designed to cut the perforation for the hand hole in a tissue box. It is twisted at an angle with the line of the cut. A left and a right hand version are available for use as a mini zipper rule.
Special hand hole perforating rules can be manufactured to customer’s specific requirements.

Flat stripping rule is used for conventional applications. Wave Edge rule is used for wider area stripping such slots. Speed stripping rule with spikes, is used for gripping and ejecting waste material at extremely high speeds.
